BIOCIDE

Biocide SDD is a highly effective micro biocides with broad spectrum activity against bacteria, fungi and algae. Reduction in growth of microorganism and slim at milling and other stations result in appreciable saving of Sucrose.

ANTIFOAM

Antifoam AD 50 specially helps to control foaming problem in the process.

JUICE FLOCCULANT

Accofloc A 2125 Sugar Grade flocculant is developed specifically for best & quickest clarification of both for low and high brix cane juice.

ANTISCALENT

Kemcide AP is an effective threshold type antiscalent that can retard the scale formation in Evaporators. Reduced scale formation ultimately results in steam economy.

PENETRATION AID

Kafzol FN penetration aid helps the caustic or acid to penetrate through the scale thickness and allows it to reach behind the scale. It ultimately softens and loosens the scale. It reduces the cost of descaling by reducing consumption of caustic soda, acid, cleaning brushes and labour

ACID INHIBITOR

Kafzol R is an Acid Inhibitor most suitable to be used in the system of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or sulphamic acid picking. It gives excellent inhibition against acid corrosive attack.

VISC AID

Kafzol WN is very effective Visc Aid or Pan Boiling Aid for the processing of immediate and after-product strikes in the sugar industry.

DECOLOURIZER

Purefloc / Arquad is highly effective decolourizing agent in sugar refining. Raw sugar contains xcolours caused by melanoidines, caramel and degraded inverted sugar. It reacts with these impurities, forming black particles of coagulated colors resulting in clear transparent fine liquor.

FLOATATION AID

Accofloc A 110 is specially developed for rapid floatation of scum in sugar refining process resulting in clear fine liquor.

FILTER MEDIA

Kem Filter Media C is very useful coconut based carbon media for efficient filteration of sugar liquor at refinery.
